Lack of good customer service

Was at boxer store today to pay for my policy,, surprisingly the cashier couldn't process my request and she told to go to another boxer because the number which I gave her, using my previous boxer slips are not going through,,, am very worried with the service as boxer offers us such services so we can do all our shopping and payment under one roof but your cashiers are very disappointing,, she did not even bother to all the managers for help, as I was tired from work I walk out of the store. Boxer jeppe is my store as I do all my shopping and payments but suddenly today was another experience, I would understand if the system was offline,, please hire people who love to assist customers not people who wants to push time and fill their pockets,, am a disappointed boxer customer
