Kazang account payment

Boxer at Bridge City kwaMashu is causing unnecessary inconvenience for me, every time if I want to pay for my Kazang Account I'm told that it is invalid, I don't know what is invalid cause if I go to Woolworths there's no problem there I deserve a better service than what I'm getting there, I just want make the management aware of this problem I'm not happy at all.
