Jerk-ass Boxer Vryheid plaza's manager laughs at staff after *******

There was a serious ******* at Boxer in Vryheid plaza last week (Wednesday if I am not mistaken). This was pretty serious since everyone was made to lie on the floor and ******s got away with a certain amount of money. What ****es me off the most is the way this whole ordeal was handled by the management (Thulani Ngema and his friend the regional manager). After the ******* workers (especially the cashiers since they were the ones affected the most) were promised that a social worker will come to talk to them about the trauma they had just been through. A social worker not a counselor, like I mean was that a joke or what??? Since when do social workers do trauma counselling now??? Like as if that was not ridiculous enough, no social worker came at all up to this day the workers never received any emotional support after they saw their lives flashing in front of their eyes...

Their ****** bag manager was in the back of the store when all of this happened (so was not affected even a bit) and after the ******* he told the staff to go back to their tills (without any remorse or empathy or whatsoever) and the day proceeded like nothing had happened. This is the least of what Thulani Ngema's cruelty toward staff. Everyday now he watches the security cameras showing the ******* and laughs his lungs out of the scared faces of the workers while the ******* was taking place. Obviously when you think you might die, you behave in a certain way or even lose yourself and somehow this amuses Thulani Ngema (the ultimate jerk of all times). I would like to know which criteria does boxer use to hire their management... Do they just take some random dude with no managerial s****s or whatsoever and put them in an office or what? If Thulani Ngema had had gone through some training, surely he would have handled this situation better. His friend the regional manager was there too during the ******* but both of them didn't give a **** about their staff's emotional well being.

Witnessing a ******* where a gun can go off at anytime and even took your life is a serious thing and it's not something to be laughed at especially by someone who is expected to support you. My sister has not been able to sleep wink at night because of the whole ordeal that boxer takes as a joke. I thought I should address this issue using this platform before I think of taking it further because this whole ******* is NOT ON!!! You can't laugh at traumatized people no matter how above the law you think you are...
