Is it Boxer's policy that only policemen can jump the queu

My sister just came from Boxer store in Osizweni and the service she got there was very rude and poor. She's on duty firefighter by profession, she was on the line like everyone else and she saw policemen jumping the line and the cashier helped them so she went to the cashier Lihle as well and asking if she could help her pay as she's on duty as well but she was told that they are only helping the policemen not other people she will have to wait on the queue like everyone. The cashier Lihle called the manager and the manager said the same thing, so I'm asking if these is true because right now all the stores are full and was she suppose to wait for hours to get served even though she was asking and explaining that she's on duty even wearing the uniform???
