I went to Boxer Superstore Welkom, on the 30/04/2015, after standing in the queue for more than 20 min at till 14, the cashier took my goods without greeting and as she was about to process my transaction she saw my atm card in my hand, and in sotho told me sorry my speedpoint machine is not working i than asked her where is her notification indicating to the clients her machine is not working, she again explained something to me in sotho, this time with attitude. I asked to please see her manager and i'm not moving. She than called her supervisor George who came to us busy throwing something in the air, she told him in sotho i am unhappy, he just stood there still throwing something in the air, did not say or do anything turned his back and asked her what was he suppose to do? I asked to see the branch manager and was told he went home so they called Thabo, from where i was standing i could hear the lady talking to Thabo but he just went out of the door busy talking to someone. On his return did not excuse himself or explain when i told him my complaint did not take down my details or told me about a response he also just brushed me off, with i will deal with the till matter?
