Incompetence

Was there a few minutes ago, very clean store, affordable prices but my only problem was the level of incompetence I witnessed, was waiting in the queue with my yoghurt, a customer in front of me had a packed wors apparently with a number missing on the barcode, a cashier called for help from a lady who seemed like her superior, still she didn't get it right on first attempt to swap the packs, I had to leave the yoghurt behind because we were waiting with no hope, this happened in Pretoria Sunnyside, esselen street,
