IMPROVED SERVICE AND A PLEASURABLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

After my last review of the BOXER SUPERSTORES SENAOANE BRANCH, it's time for an update. I received a call from Management from the store, a couple of days after the complaint, which made me happy because it shows that they are concerned about the customers and their business as well, the caller was very courteous. I'm terrible with names so I didn't catch his name😬(he mentioned it beginning of the call), but he was genuinely interested in getting all my issues reviewed ASAP. He informed me of all the changes they implemented to ensure that such an issue doesn't happen again. I was invited to the store to receive a formal apology from the management, I haven't gone for the formal apology yet but have been to the store... 🙂 I just wanted a genuine experience of the improvements without being watched as the "one to please" in case I report...

I am pleased to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience this time around. Everyone was sanitized, shopping carts and baskets were there, it was splendid. I didn't observe any foul attitude from the cashier either, it was good. I plan on visiting the store again, probably month end for my grocery shopping specials, that I enjoy and save money on... Hopefully I will have the time to pop in and see management :) and have my BOXERCOM SIM registered... Thank you for the prompt response to the issue.
