I want my money back

I went to go buy essentials at boxer store protease Glen they lady who was assisting me said my card declined bt on my phone it reported that the money was taken I spoke to the manager she requested I go print a bank statement which I did they promised to pay me back with 48 hours even today am still waiting I have tried calling the manager several times she is ignoring my calls
