Hot foods Counter. No Cashier

Hi, I am constant shopper at Boxer Zeerust, I went to their Hot Foods counter where the hot foods counter manager Rosetta stipulated that there is no cashier at the till he/she knocked off and I can't be helped. This is a bad reputation where customer service is concerned especially where the whole manager's responsibility is to ensure totally coverage at all touch points, Boxer Zeerust is failing at this department because checkout shouldn't be compromised as this is a fast department. Am not please at all with the service at this counter/department.
