Horrible, unprofessional staff - nightmare supervisor

I am so disappointed and disgusted with the customer service me and my husband got on the 22 Saturday @12:50 at BOXER cork wood uitenhage mall.we where on our to attend an occasion with our son however on the road we remembered that we forgot to extra nappies, we decided to go boxer and buy quick we waited on the line to purchase the items we bought also at same time wanted to get cash back, by the time we got to the till the cashier didn't have cash back for amount R150, no problem went to the next one also we started a cue same story with Vuyokazi (cashier) that she also didnt have cash but one she was working with infront of her had money, but this time we where not willing to start a line again don't know her name but she said it's either we beg her for cash or start a line with such an attitude and we refuse its not as if we just came for cash only we have items we needed to buy using card.we decided to ask for Supervisor (babalwa) (that's if that's her name) tjo that was the worst supervisor we ever met in our lives such an inexperienced and lack supervision skills!!! She told us it's either we leave the items if not starting the line I mean it's logic you ask the customers that these customers already been in a cue they just want cash back and move them to where we where standing maybe? Most thing that makes us angry is the attitude!!! And mumbling /swearing on the floor talking something we don't understand or hear that's so low and disrepectful for someone who have been thought Costomer service I mean all retailers know this,oh except for babalwa at corkwood... That would rather loss money for the store and let us leave the items behind becouse she doesn't have customer service to ask the next cashier that "hey they already been in a line just that this one doesn't have cash however they are buying...sje needs to go for training again if she got one before, by the look of things she shouldnt be dealing with customers!!! And we want an apology from her for how she treated us!!! Get naar by even thing about time SHE NOT GROWING BOXER she's one of the employees who are just working for money she doesn't have passion at all for her job... Cork wood is such a very nice mall to have such retailers.
