Horrible service

Hi, I'm Mateboho Ndumo from Sharpeville (VAAL), today I went to Boxer Vereeniging, in short, "What A Horrible Service "I don't know it's because they are servicing more Blacks or what, I asked the guy who was packing Sunlight if they have Surf on Special, and he said they are out of stock, then I asked him to check Sasolburg branch if they have stock, as rude as he was, he asked me how must he check, then I asked him to call store manager, he told he's busy, why cant I go to the office and look for Manager. I was so angry then I went to the office to lodge a complaint, I found the other lady and she refused to call the manager, she said she's a supervisor I can still talk to her, If we can access the CEO why can't we access store managers? I told her what happened but she did not help at all.
