horrible service

i went to boxer on Saturday morning at about 10 , i bought some few items and requested cash withdrawal of R1000,then cashier said she doesn't have money , didnt want to argue, its month end of long weekend the store is busy but you got no money. i then went outside to the atm , line was very long and i was with my 3 kids youngest is 1 year old , i stood at the que for a long time , only for the matchine to swallow my card .Had no money to go back home , since boxer was busy , i sent myself cash send Nd i went back , another cashier said she doesn't have money , i asked if cant she ask someone else she said everything its a mess and no one has money .I asked for a manager they called a shirt lady who said she is an admin manager who told me the same thing there is no money.

I then called customer service and i was connected to a manager who was in the store but the so called admin manager said the manager was not around

cut a long story short i spoke to the manager in the store for some time

all i want to say is stop partnering with banks because your staff members dont want to give us money , we didnt partner with banks you did but the service we are receiving from your stores is seriously phathetic. Guess what after i went back and forth with manager suddenly the money was there from 1 cashier , 1 cashier , so why was I given the run around , why did I have to make noise , phone customer service , fight before i can get money ? a big retailer like yours thats how people are being treated ?we are not asking that you give us money for free, plesae tell your cashiers its not their money they refusing to give us
