Horrible Service

On the 23 July 2019 I went to Boxer Superstore in Jeppe Street(JHB CBD) to do my groceries. I went to one of the cashiers by the name of FAITH SIBIYA who assisted us with scanning all my items for payment. We had a lot and our trolley was full as we also bought 10kg's as well. Whilst we were waiting for her to finish, one of the Supervisors "assumingly" was standing next to the till with a security and she had a black bag which I assumed maybe she was clearing tills at that time. My husband then asked me if we buying plastics as well and my response to him was "off course we will need plastic bags because we have a lot". FAITH didn't offer us a plastic bag and when she had the conversation she then asked us how many do we need. I then told her that I wouldn't know she must estimate judging from the items that we bought. She scanned six plastic bags and threw them on top of our groceries. We also bought two loafs of bread which were also part of our long list. As we were waiting I kept wondering " whose gonna pack all of these groceries". Faith asked me for my bank card and my husband just took one of the plastic bags and started packing. I asked him & Faith included " are we packing these by ourselves". Faith didn't bother to answer and she called the next customer and scanned his items which she put next to our groceries. My grocery was for an amount of R1742.79 and we had about 65 items.

Is this the attitude that we should be getting from your cashiers? Please advise if this is how Boxer operates so that we know where to go in future.
