Horrible service

They always have these great specials but when you buy and fill your trolley, you are not allowed to go to the car with your full trolley, you must either carry those heavy groceries with your own hands or hire a trolley that don't belong to the store ,this costs you R50 in this economic climate, when you complain, the manager tells you that there's nothing they can do, that's how things work!
