Horrible customer service 😡

Your cashier Amanda Mncwabe working in Durban west street needs customer service training, she just gave me a horrible service just because she didn't want to give me cash back😡. When we are asking for cash back we are not asking from cashier's pocket or salary therefore we must not be treated like hobos. She was even yelling at me. I bought 3 items and requested for R400 cash back, she told me that she has to cash up. Why is so important for her to take the money to the cash office rather than giving it to the customer. She eventually gave me the money just because I refused to leave and my items as she was had already requested the void. She is not doing a favour for anyone by standing in that till and I hope no one will experience the horrible service such as I did just for requesting a cash back.
