Horrible cashier

While waiting in the queue, a cashier whose name was not visible, rudely told us not to queue in the passage and that we would be called when it is our turn. He shouted as if he is speaking to children who were not even going ng to pay for their goods. When I expressed that I do not like the way he spoke and that the store should rather put up signs; he rudely and confidently told me that they won't do that and he is just a cashier.
