High priority complain

I have never encountered such a pathetic service at Boxer supermarket Tzaneen, the attitude that I encountered Its of a higher grade, Boxer exits because of us as clients and yet you treat us like *******, I entered the store pick all the items I needed and when I reach the cashier I was told oops our systems does not work, why I was not advised when I entered the shop and worst of all I demanded a manager which was also useless, what is customer service @Boxer? clearly you staff are not brand ambassadors. I hope some one will take this complain further and deal with the relevant staff accordingly.
