Hazardous conditions with un- remorseful treatment

I went into boxer supersyores at Tembisa mall, i was doing grocery shopping with my son who is 5 years old, i took a bag of 12,5 shibobo maize meal then suddenly about 10 bags fell on me and my son, my head, ear amd right hand shoulder and my sons shoulder . I stood there and a lady who is working there went to call someone who looked like a manager. The guy just said to me " please next time be careful, and by the way we do apologize" with no kind of remorse whatsoever. I left everything that I wanted to buy because of the treatment i received. After I had left the shop i started feeling the pain. A very bad headache, shoulder and right arm pain😭😭😭
