Great customer service
I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Dimakatso at daveyton branch, for the excellent service she provided me last week. Dimakatso helped me to sort out my the complaint I had at Boxer liquor store.
Dimakatso's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. I know well that the cannot give anything extra in financial terms or positional elevation just for one person. However I request you to arrange to record the fact, in the personal service files and also issue a letter of appreciation to Dimakatso. Such persons are assets to your institution and hope that their tribe increases.
