Great Customer Service
I would like to commend the staff at Boxer in Orange Farm, they are super friendly and take customer complaints and suggestions very seriously. I have on 2 occasion had my queries successfully resolved in store and further treated with dignity following my complaint. The manager did not seem to be annoyed with me but simply litsened to me with a great display of empathy and understanding. He further immediately solved the problem and ensured that my shopping experience from that point on is a pleasant one.
Big up to the manager at Boxer Orange Farm and his staff, may they all keep up the good work.

Thank you very much, please ensure it is the correct manager who gets this compliment. Unfortunately I didn't take his name but it was a gentleman and one other staff member who helped with the best attitude ever, they went as far as getting a cashier from the deli to process my transaction so I don't wait any longer than I'd already did. She too was super friendly and efficient. This happened on 31 October 2020 on a Saturday afternoon.
Every month I do my grocery shopping at that store and normally have 2 full trolleys, there's always someone ready to help with the packing thus making my shopping easy and quick. Majority of the staff is super friendly, from the security guards to the butchery staff everyone seems happy to help. Big up to the entire staff, may they forever remain kind and dedicated.
