Fradulent activity and bad service experience

i went to Boxer Protea Glen today and had a very bad experience. I purchased groceries and withdraw cash from a cashier called Katlego, my account was debited and Boxer protea Glen refused to give me my groceries and my cash back claiming that they did not receive the payment even after providing them with proof that my account has been debited. I showed them my bank statement, sms and the emails which all confirmed that my account was debited. I even called my bank to report this *****ulent activity who all confirmed that the money left my account and yet Boxer management still refused to give me my groceries and my cash back. Their excuse was that the cashier Katlego will fall short on her cash-up and that customers who had the same problem usually get refunded and yet they do not return with the amount refunded. Their system incompetence and inefficiencies were all put on me as a customer. I have endured the worst terrible customer experience walking back home empty-handed without my items whilst my bank was debited. This is not the first time i have endured such a terrible experience with Boxer Protea Glen, the first time i bought a cooldrink only to find out that there was only water inside. On another encounter i bought sealed full cream milk that was spoilt, and in all encounters they blamed the supplier. I need the Boxer management to contact me on *** with my refund.

Very disgusted customer.....
