FNB 256L Lieben Logistics

I went to today at Boxer in Pietermaritzburg in Berg street,bought a few items,upon coming out my car was blocked by a Boxer big truck,I went to the recieving and asked the security guard to please call the driver who had parked on the road and was blocking us,the security was rude and said I must be patient and lean to wait,I told him that im by the clinic my grandmother is being admitted the ambulance is waiting for us im rushing,the driver came i told him he's blocking us i need to go,he then rudely rep**** that,"uya phapha uhluleka ukulinda' that translates to you being forward just wait.I said i will report him and he said i must do him a favour he doesnt care he can give me gis drivers license to take a photo,i went inside asked for the manager,a guy by the name Sandile went and spoke to him,he still did not move the truck and when I told him its wrong what he's doing I need to rush back to the clinic the ambulance is waiting for us,he said "ngihlanganaphi nalokho'.Sandile heard him,the driver continued saying I can gladly take pictures of him to report him,the picture i took he gave consent for me to it.I was so angry I swore at him.There were others he had blocked and they intervened asking him to move.It was only then he moved.The others even were telling the driver to leave me alone.He had blocked about 8 cars. As management before you employ drivers,do you test them to make sure they not drinking on the job.The number plate was FNB 256L,I have the pictures
