Fifthly and Disappointing customer service

With boxer store being one of the fast growing retail stores that are connected to pick n pay group and would expect an exceptional services that is at the level of all pick n pay stores. I visited boxer store in Dobsonville after having seen adverts on TV that shows their promotions and grocery at an affordable rates and to day upon my arrival at Dobsonville BOOM the store is filthy to the core . Even motor vehicle spares shops are clean and welcoming compared to that store . the floors are dirty as if there are no cleaners , the pay points are worse and when asking the cashier on why are they not cleaning their work stations , she looked at me as if i was mad and after i decided to go to the customer service desk or from desk next to their Kiosk i then notices that cleanliness is something foreign to that store. I wonder if that store has a manager and how does he or she feel about working in such store . I am happy that i went there to buy cleaning products and some Noodles and milk . I will never buy food from that store and those people do not care about hygiene and wish that one day an inspector can go there and see all this thinks that i am talking about . To make matters worse as i was standing on the long que that was not even moving , i noticed that there was 5 terminal that were not open and one lady ( Not Sure if she was a supervisor or What ) Kept on asking 2 of the cashiers no to service customer and they must come and assist her with back shopping. It was my 1st time going to boxer and i am not sure if that is how boxer operates or not but with it being part of Pick n pay i am extremely disappointed and strongly advise if the store can look at some of the things i have raised as this are the things that attracts some of us.
