I bought groceries of R1279 at 13:19 and tried to punch in the free airtime but it did not go through. I tried it again at 16:26 it says invalid. Why does it look like this airtime thing it's a ****???? Can I have my free airtime please.

We are in receipt of your complaint.
Please let us know:
1. Do you have a Boxercom sim card?
2. Did you RICA at the store?
3. If yes, it does take up to 24 hours to activate.
4. If no, please RICA at your nearest Boxer store then wait 24 hours before the sim is activated to load your airtime.
