False adverti*****t -worst service

What horrible service I received from Boxer in Soweto Senaoane today . It’s a Black Friday special for 5 surfs 5 kg for 200 and get 1 free The stock was finished at 10 am and no stock at the back . I asked for a rain check and for them to call when they get sticker later but they were very dismissive From the Packer to the till assistance who didn’t even want to call the manager For a special like that I do believe enough stock should be reserved there’s no way possible the stock even at the back is finished at 10am no way there should be provision for such specials . I won’t waste my petrol going back and forth to see if a truck has come to delivered especially if they are not willing to go the extra mile by calling me to tell me to come back

They should never run specials if this is the service they give to they customer . I’m not pleased at all This is basically false adverti*****t cause that means the special was run for 2 hours only not today only
