false advertising

I went to boxer on Sunday 12 October .. the last day of the weekly promotion advertised to be from 09 October to 12 October 2026. Only few of the promotion advertised could be purchased other products on promotion were said to be falsely advertised. ortunately i had product verified before I made payment. I tried to ask the Manager why products are not on promotion he tried to explain ,...explain it went to a point that I requested that He makes a call to head office , instead IT people were called.... They are robing customer in my point who are not tentative to their till slip. Provided that it is ******* to offer a false price or advertise goods as available when they are not and Adverti*****ts cannot lure consumers with offers of goods that are not genuinely available. When I raise this he was offended he said He does not have control of what head office does and there is no one who can help or provide different explanation than the ones he provided.
