False advertising!!!!!
Misrepresentation. Advertising Surf washing powder from the 25th of November (R200). They don't have stock at 8"30 in the morning. Went back to the store on the 26th because was told by their staff will be available but for R250. NO STOCK again. Advertised again its available for R250 until the 12th of December.. NO STOCK again today on 1.12.2021. Please can this issue be looked into. Need a resolution because I'm driving up and down for this specail.

We have already escalated this to management to get in touch with you to discuss this further, however, please understand that due to the overwhelming response to the promotion, it did mean stock ran out much faster than anticipated and stock from the supplier themselves is an issue but we are working on restocking as soon as we can. Management will however be in touch shortly to discuss further.
