Extremely Disappointed – Ongoing Unresolved Issue Since May(Kwa-Thema Branch)
I am deeply hurt and frustrated with the poor service at Boxer Kwa-Thema Branch. I reported an issue in May, and it’s now the end of October — still unresolved. Despite doing everything required from my side, I’ve only received empty promises and endless delays.
It’s shocking and disappointing that a well-known brand like Boxer can treat loyal customers this way. The lack of accountability and care is unacceptable. I honestly expected better from a company I’ve supported for years.
