Extremely disappointed

Pathetic service from your lancers branch.i went there today to withdraw cash so that I will do my mini shopping I asked your kiosk if I can withdraw R1500 as I had a Standard Bank voucher (IM) they said the supervisor said the cashiers started at 13:00 so no one has cash. I went to try other stores but no one is in partnership with Standard Bank around lancers so Boxer was my only hope as I did not have my card with me.i went back to your store back to the kiosk the lady there does not know what customer service is, as her body language screams I don’t care. I called the supervisor again and asked her if no one has the cash I require still? She said no and walked away her attitude was also on another level. I had to go from till to till and ask if anyone has cash only to find that on my first till (attempt) I got the R1500. This shows that the supervisor did not bother asking the cashiers. I received an excellent service from Ntombenhle who I withdrew the cash from. Can she give her customer service skills to the two individuals I came across today. I ended up doing my shopping somewhere else.
