Extreme Bad Service in Boxer Hartswater 03/Feb/2020

My name is Mosala, I would like to complain about the service I experienced at Boxer Hartswater.

I've been in this store since from 14:00 till 16:54pm and I haven't paid my 5kg of chicken, not because of many people in the store. The store manager and his/her supervisor are not visible more especially not caring about customers. This is a bad depiction of a brand, the service is slow, and they show no remorse towards old and pregnant women. This is an outrageous attitude from Boxer Hartswater store.

Customers are the centre of each and every business, doesn't matter how big or small it is, a lot of people rely on this store but the experience is bad and if this left unattended, then the onus is on boxer officials. I am a customer who buys here, this store has a BAD customer service, these are the times where Boxer need to understand that it needs us as customers for it to flourish. We're buying experience these days.

If Boxer thinks is bigger than its customers with this kind of service in this state of economy, it should ask its predecessor s score.
