Extreme attitude and rude staff

I think Boxer should train their staff well. On the 29th of May 2023 I was on a queue and when it was our turn for the cashier to assist us, I greeted her and she did not greet back, she was extremely rude and working at the kiosk, I was calm and asking her why she was rude at the time, she then said the items were more than 10 and I asked her is that why she was rude, she then said "do you want me to show you I can send you to another queue" and I told her I didn't mind but why is she being rude she went on shouting you people "you think we can't talk for ourselves and want to do whatever" as she was shouting I began telling her I also work with people and never this rude, I also had a long day but her attitude was extreme, worst part she shouted when we were not even shouting at her the other customer on the other side then mentioned he doesn't want to get assisted by the same cashier who was shouting because she is always rude, had reported it and still nothing is being done.
