Excellent Customer Service

I would like to take this time and thank Mahlatsi Ramoshaba from Boxer Customer Service for assisting me with the query I had regarding the issue of my Boxer rewards which I couldn't redeem on the 29th November 2024. I called the Boxer Customer Service on the 30th I dealt with her,she was very patient and not to mention her emphaty towards me. Called again on Monday 2nd December 2024 I called and spoke to her, she was still sounding the same way, she escalated my query.

I dealt with her until my issue was FINALLY resolved, she really knows what Customer Service is all about,Boxer has a GEM in Her.

I hope she gets recognized for the Great Service and empathy She really knows Customer centricity.
