Empty Promises by Boxer and Bad Service

There is a special pamphlet with specials that will run from 11/09/2023 - 20/09/2023. I went to the Boxer Vereeniging to buy some items that displayed on their pamphlet. i bought bread, baked beans and chicken drumsticks. Together with those items I took Parmalat milk that is on Special for the price of R175.00 two boxes. the system is not showing the price of the discounted milk but shows R500 instead. To my Suprise the price of the milk is not R500 even if is not on special. I needed milk but I was forced to take it back as is not on the right special price. Boxer is promising special prices but that is not true. I am a pensioner and used petrol to go Boxer and now I have to wait for them to correct or sort their prices out and use petrol again to go to Boxer. Why are they displaying the goods and not selling them with the correct prices. I was assisted by the cashier Pretty Molefi who called the Supervisor to assist but all in vain. I was to take the milk back and go. When arriving at home at around called Customer Careline and spoke to Cynthia at13:52 who promised to call Boxer Vereeniging and revert back to me but failed to call me back with feed back. I do have a till slip as proof that I was there. Please assist. Thank you
