ecoupons not accepted

I've had the worst experience with boxer superstore(ERMELO),I bought R1500 boxer ecoupons and I went to redeem at the store(ERMELO) and they told me that they no longer accept the coupons. I didn't get the reason for not accepting,when I wrote on their Facebook page on Tuesday they said they still accept coupons and I went to boxer yesterday and they told me they don't accept,so that means only the boxer located in ERMELO does not accept the coupons. They have the worst customer service
