Yesterday I went to boxer and I was so disappointed by the lady at the parcel counter named Gadifele Nthapelang,she gave me a very disgusting attitude I came to the counter carrying plastic bags from Roots I wanted to leave them at the parcel counter coz I was going to do shopping at their shop and Gadifele told me that their parcel counter is not a store room I can't bring things from roots and put them on their parcel counter,and I asked what is the parcel counter for and she was like roots also have a parcel counter why don't you leave them there? and her facial expression was not welcoming at all it was written rudeness and I l asked the security guard to look for my things while I went to ask for the manager on duty she came and I told her my problem she said I was was wrong I am not supposed to bring goods from other stores to their store, and I felt like she was not the manager she called her friend coz she was not wearing a name badge nor managers badge she never solve my problem she said I was wrong which is what I don't understand,that was the worst service ever I received in my life,can you please guys try to train your staff on customer service coz I don't think they are well trained,it showed me that this is a habit coz my mom also got that kind of attitude and best behavior please try to train your staff Gadifele gave me a very bad attitude which is not healthy in the world of work
