DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER

Hello, I'm so dissapointed to the shop as well as the manager, on the 14th of march 2023 i visited Boxer Liquor store since there is a special i purchased the Red Square Vodka and asked the manager for the six pack of Dry Lemon and the guy loudly said there is no dry lemon,,,the special was running at R139.00 per bottle and you received the six pack dry lemon but it was not there as i was paying i asked the till lady how come there is no dry lemon for free yet on your pamphlet paper it says special is there,

calmly she said madam ever since they started this special that dry lemon was never there I'm like how can they run that and the say its not available?

such things does not make a happy client to Boxer and the team especially the manager guy tall dark in completion you do not know how to make your customers happy i don't think ill recommend boxer to anyone the service is so unprofessional ,
