DISSAPOINTED @BOXER Super store

I bought a boxer voucher via my capitec app went to Boxer at Boulders midrand to redeem the voucher for groceries it's been a week now going up and down writing emails to be assisted but no avail.They say they cannot redeem the wicode at the store as their system shows an error.I was called today to come they will call ITC to assist me when I got there the entire store could not assist me I am so disappointed as I had bought the voucher with my last money for groceries now I'm stranded with a useless voucher and no food and no assistance
