Disrespect from a security guard

I am so disappointed with the disrespect I encountered from a CAPI security guard in Boxer retail store at Engcobo in Eastern Cape. He disrespected me for two consecutive days i.e the 30th and 31st December 2025. He went as far as pointing his middle finger at me and my mom while we were outside the store after the long argument we had at the door. He made me to never wish to go back to that store again.
