Dishonest n disloyal staff n management

On the 4th April I went to boxer siyabuswa to buy some groceries,one of the item I purchased was chicken feets which are on promotion of buy 3kg for R134.99.i took a packet by the fridge an ask the guy by the Bucher to weigh them on a scale for me, an it was 2.6 kg yet the price tag says 3kg.when I ask the guy why incorrect weight, he just corrected it. I then decided to go back an take another pack an the other guy as well printed a 3kg price tag an put on the packet.i asked him as well to put them on a scale an it weigh 2.5 kg.when I ask him that its not 3kg he as well corrected it. I asked for a manager (Alfios) he never came.i then asked for a store manager (james) who said they must tell me that he is still busy eating,to my surprise he was able to assist staff member who enquired about something in his office but yet he couldn't attend.if I didn't ask dem to put dem on a scale, how Many customers did dey ******,how often did dey rob me as i always buy dat promo.ive send n email to head office n their respond was the store will fone me,until dis day.
