Disgusting supervisor at Boxer Vryheid who thinks she is God incarnate!

The drama I saw in boxer Vryheid (the one by the taxi rank) last week was beyond me. I went there to buy some water so I could take my pills for my occasional migraine. While I was standing in the line one light skin lady with a scotch shirt (some supervisor or whatever) came to the till/register where I was at and started shouting at the cashier there about something. Before I knew it our till got closed (the supervisor lady instructed someone to close the lady's till). Mind you, all of this is happening in front of us (customers) and also other staff members so things became tense in a way because the cashier lady looked worried and sad. The whole thing was like a scene from a very evil MONSTER movie. So, we were forced to join other lines and I was so unhappy about that because I had asked my boss for only 15 mins. What even made me more annoyed is what the supervisor kept on saying to the cashier... She was telling her that she is walking on thin ice because she can get her fired anytime since she is her supervisor, it’s like the cashier doesn’t know her at all. And they quickly left the store during office hours (it was not tea or lunch time) only God know to where. I was even thinking that the poor cashier was going to walk into a lion's den, like be further assaulted or something so I was very concerned. In fact, I had never witnessed such cruelty in my life between a supervisor and an employee so I was very disgusted. How can someone who didn't hire you treat you this way? Someone who doesn’t pay your salary or provide you with air to breath (as in like your God)? it was so shameful and one thing with me, I hate bullies. I am reporting this issue because it's the humane thing to do and also bullies must fall.

I would like Vryheid boxer to investigate this matter because I am confused how can the management allow a low-class supervisor (no one with class could behave in such a barbaric manner) to treat employees in this way? it's very inhumane so it completely violates the rights of the cashier. Because, what right does the supervisor have to: 1. Shout at a cashier, especially in front of customers and other employees? Does she get a kick out of it? Does that make her feel important maybe (more than she actually is, if she is important at all)? if it does, that's gross because it’s a sickening characteristic of being power hungry. 2. Close the till/register during working hours and bully a boxer employee out of the store with her and inconvenience customers? Didn't anyone see this? I don't think that is ethical at all. What would have happened if the cashier/both of them got injured while out of the office during working hours? Both of them would have kissed their insurances goodbye I think... 3. Threaten to get someone fired if she doesn't kiss her ass? I'm sorry but that's nonsensical. I pray to God I am not too late and the cashier still has her job. There is no one who has the right to play God with people's jobs (which is really their life in a way) the supervisor needs to understand that.

In fact, from what I saw I suspect there is even more drama the supervisor gets up to if only the boxer management could investigate. Probably so many employees fear her like lightning since she can get them fired just like that, like as if she herself is unfireable (she didn't behave/look like someone who even did management 101 in college so she is very replaceable too just like the cashiers she is bullying).

Boxer please let your employees be treated like humans that they are, bullying is bad and very traumatic in general. It really takes a toll on the victims.
