disgusting attitude from security

I visited Boxer store in Umzimkhulu today,I bought Powerade and a Kit-Kat for the road. I had one big bag and handbag on the other hand ,I had things I just purchased. As I approached the door the security checked my slip and said I should put my big bag on the floor so he can check it. I told him I will not put my bag on the floor since he can see that it's dirty. I told him to open it since my hands were full. He opened it and searched through it and made a mess and refused to put things back as they were and left it open.I asked for the manager and I was showed to his office. I told him what happened and he called the security guy. He kept giving me attitude and I told him not to disrespect me as I am customer. I asked for his company's contact number and the manager said he does not have that information. Like really who hires a security company and doesn't have their details. I had to force the security to apologize and he said he won't do that. If this is the kind of service Boxer stores is giving to their company than I'm NEVER setting foot their again. To be humiliated and disrespected like that is uncalled for and the manager failed to do his duty. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!
