DISGUSTED by your lack of PROFESSIONALISM
I'm so disappointed at Boxer Superstores. They have decided to flat out ignore me. My tyre was burst at Boxer Superstores Engcobo premises due to their negligence. A paraffin hole leading to the pump on their parking lot, it's lid had fallen inside, the inner part poked my tyre and it burst. From the Supervisor and the Manager's mouth, it had been like that for days. It's in the parking lot.
First their Supervisor and Manager, pretend to listen and investigate then get back to me. After I waited for days for a mere call to update me on what the findings were, I decided to visit the store and the manager decided to run away. After numerous attempts to call him, finally he responded by telling the staff to tell me that there's nothing he can do.
Left a message on the Contact Us page, left a message on their FB page was told escalated to Management. Called the head office, spoke to a Jade who knew of the case and said she's escalating this to management (famous Boxer Superstores words). Till today, nothing from Boxer.
The incident happened on the 19th of August 2021, we're approaching a month since that day. I'm so disappointed at Boxer Superstores. How they're handling this situation. Lost trust especially with such a big company. I had never expected that you handle situations like this, sweeping your negligence under the rug like this.
P.S I still want a replacement of my tyre.
About a week after this review, I recieved a call from a lady from Boxer Superstores by the name of Kaleigh Muruges. She said she was following up as I had been promised, agreed the it was company fault and they will pay th damages. She asked for receipts as proof of damages and I had a quotation which was fine.
She have gave her email address to forward the quotation. On the call she had asked if I could do it as soon as possible so that we all move on. I did that, 2 days later she had not even acknowledged receipt of email. I wrote to her again just to ask if she had recieved the email containing the quotation and she rep****.
She rep**** "My apologies I thought I responded to acknowledge your email, I must have contact the insurers.
On the same day I did receive an email containing a "Release and Discharge" document from Aneesa Burger (Marsh Proprietary Limited).
"Good day,
I signed and sent the documents back as requested. That was the 22nd of September 2021, a few days later sent an email to both the ladies asking for progress, only Aneesa rep**** with an "I'll get back to you". A week later I sent another one, no response from both.
Until today.
I still want my refund.
