Disappointed with Boxer

Iam so disappointed with boxersuperstore that is located in Ermelo I went to the store on the 12th November 2025 to request a cashback; however, the transaction declined, and I used an ATM inside the store to withdraw, only to find out later that the declined transaction went through. I did report the case and the store management is aware, but I has not been assisted to date. I have been calling boxer customer care since and the keep on telling me they will do a follow up but not positive respond from the store and even know the store manager gave me the SBSA number and they case number Absa gave them and I am expected to be the one who contact Absa about my money... I have never ever been so disappointed with the service I received because of my money it about to be a month know with no help. 😏😏
