Disappointed by Management

All this is coming to is that Boxer Superstores has all the details they needed to pay me for a replacement for my tyre. They still have not honored the promise.

About a week after this review, I recieved a call from a lady from Boxer Superstores by the name of Kaleigh Muruges. She said she was following up as I had been promised, agreed the it was company fault and they will pay th damages. She asked for receipts as proof of damages and I had a quotation which was fine.

She have gave her email address to forward the quotation. On the call she had asked if I could do it as soon as possible so that we all move on. I did that, 2 days later she had not even acknowledged receipt of email. I wrote to her again just to ask if she had recieved the email containing the quotation and she rep****.

She rep**** "My apologies I thought I responded to acknowledge your email, I must have contact the insurers. The insurers are drawing up necessary paper work, this should reach you today.Thank you"

On the same day I did receive an email containing a "Release and Discharge" document from Aneesa Burger (Marsh Proprietary Limited). "Good day, I act on behalf of the insurance brokers of Boxer Stores. Please find attached hereto the release form for the claimed amount as a gesture of goodwill. Kindly sign the attached and return it to me together with proof of your bank account details not older than 3 months old. Do not hesitate to contact me should you have any queries."

I signed and sent the documents back as requested. That was the 22nd of September 2021, a few days later sent an email to both the ladies asking for progress, only Aneesa rep**** with an "I'll get back to you". A week later I sent another one, no response from both.

Until today.

I still want my refund.
