Disappointed

I'm very angry and distraught.im done with boxer at tswelopele. This is second time that I'm having a terrible experience at tswelopele boxer. The lady by the name of k****tso who is a security personnel was very very rude and no one can do anything about it even their supervisor by the name of hlogi. This lady is very rude the manner in which she spoke to my child is not right and also she keeps making remarks saying is my child special. Well I'm done with boxer tswelopele. Just because we don't speak their language (sepedi) they have to have no regards to customer service at all. K****tso or whoever her name is just know that you have scarred my kids for life.
