digusting service

My Name is Nolita Ngcaba , On Saturday the 01 of December 2018 in the morning at 6:15 AM I purchased 5 items and the lady at the till that who was servicing me was rude and unprofessional her name is Fikile Gumede (cashier) Boxer ISIPINGO near the Post Office

While waiting in the queue, a cashier whose name is Fikile Gumede, asked me if I was paying by cash or card I then responded and told her I will be using a Capitec card and then I asked her if there are any cards that cannot be used at this store , she kept quite and didn't respond so I asked her again she then responded rudely and told me the grant cards don't work . I asked her if she is ok or maybe having a bad day she kept quite and only asked if she should add a packet for my grocery in a very cheeky way and then I asked again why are you being cheeky and she responded so rudely and confidently said CANT YOU SEE IM IGNORING YOU as if she is speaking to a child who is just annoying her and wont be paying . Fortunately there was a lady who was standing next to me who works at the store who told her to keep quite as FIKILE Gumede was talking back at me and being VERY RUDE . I was shocked and very angry that she told me she is ignoring me repeatedly . I than requested to speak to her supervisor but cannot remember her name who is an Indian Lady who wanted to assist me with this matter but I felt that it was not enough for me as I needed was to speak to a CEO or the Owner of BOXER Isipingo as I felt that this matter will be taken lightly I was FUMING and disgusted the way this Cashier spoke to me what puzzled me the most was that I was not rude to this lady as I was just making conversation but clearly I was disturbing her from having a conversation with her colleague, while standing on the till point, the Teller is busy mocking me loudly to her co worker's , my gosh her attitude really worked on my nerves and I know you guys won’t do anything about this because you always place the onus on your customers instead of placing the onus on your staff . I hope you will take this matter further .
