Re:Consumer's Rights Violations
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Please kindly note that i,Virginia Mabena,launched a complained to your honourable office on numerous occasions seeking redres regarding a gross violation of rights as a consumer in one of your stores in (Boxer,Ivory Park,ext 15,Tembisa,Gauteng).to no success.
CONSUMER ACT:
Consumer Protection Act no 68 of 2008 is meant to protect the interests of all consumers to ensure accessible,transparent and sufficient redress for consumers who are subjected to abuse or explotation in the marketplace.Which is being seriously undermined by above mentioned Boxer store management or and Hellopeter office.
The following RIGHTS have been grossly violated:
1.Right to privacy
2.Right to fair and honest dealing
3.Rigjht to disclose information
4.Right to accountability by supplier
5.Right to equality in the consumer market and protection against discriminatory marketing. as enshined in our SOUTH AFRICAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS and SOUTH AFRICAN CONSTITUTION.
BILL OF RIGHTS:
The constitution of the Republic of South Africa guarantees freedom from descrimination to the people of S.A.
It prohibits both ************** by government and private persons.Again,I was discriminated against.
It is against this sad background that i seek an URGENT recourse in a form of compensation to avoid litigation or media exposure.
