Damaged item price not reduced. Worst customer experience.

I had the worst experience ever Boxer Superstores in Zwide PE. Waited for over 30 min to get a reduced price on items on the floor. Asked several employees no one and I mean no one cared to help. Eventually the manager walked by, told us the flour is not gonna be marked down, took the Sasko flour and hullets sugar both 10 KG back to receiving. Now we asked for the D'lite 2L oil that's sightly damaged for the reduced price, told us(me and some lady) to wait for the guy with the marked prices. No one came, we went to the tills to pay for the other items we went to buy. Literally waiting to pay for about 15 min, coz there was only 3 till open from half 5pm. Only when I had my phone recording and asking questions, I even had to walk to the managers office, the lady first told me the guy who does the price has gone home then eventually referred . Eventually the manager guy asked someone to bring the original price of another brand. All this time just standing around with no sense of urgency, just kept saying he can't get the reduced price. Eventually a lady that came with the price and came with original price(have videos). I questioned this but didn't check price. I only checked the price when I got home coz I was so ****ed, I paid and left😭. The level of undermining that the employees @Boxer treat customers as if we can't afford to pay. The Worst customer experience and it's a norm, no manager or supervisor to handle customers complaints. Side note: One of the employees who was trying to calm me stated that they keep damaged items for themselves and get both staff discount and reduced price.
