Customer service Complain

Got a bad customer service from Precious a Cashier from Boxer Benoni she made us go look for barcodes which took us 20 minutes to find and she was jct sitting there and singing out loud while waiting for my Friend to go look for prices, other customers were complaining about her customer service as well.
