Customer is key,they should be prioritised especially in this of economy,

Poor customer service where a manager was requested but kept on saying he/she is coming,by the name of Asandile in the 19th of September 2025,the issue was pertaining to the advertised product that was advertised on a catalogue,stating that buy 2 Albany white bread 700g for R20 as seen on TV,valid from 16 to 21 September 2025,but upon arrival at the sto was priced R30 for two,when we wanted to understand we were given the run arounds,because to me as customer it looks as a false adverti*****t and it is misleading.
